Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jalandhar I for an Assistant Professor in Tourism. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging course content, conducting lectures, leading seminars, and guiding students in Tourism-related topics. The role requires designing and updating curriculum, mentoring students, assessing assignments and projects, staying informed about the latest trends in tourism, and actively participating in academic and extra-curricular activities within the institute.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Tourism, Hospitality Management, and Airlines industry
• Excellent teaching, communication, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in course design, curriculum development, and student mentoring
• Strong research abilities and capacity to publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Proficiency in technology tools relevant to teaching and academic activities
• Master's degree in Tourism or a related field
• Previous academic or industry experience in tourism and hospitality is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to institutional growth
