Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Mathematics located in the Pune//Baner area. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level mathematics courses, developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and contributing to academic research. The role also involves advising students, participating in departmental meetings, and collaborating with faculty members on academic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures for online/offline classes covering all syllabus for CSIR NET, GATE, IIT JAM and other related exams.
• Develop and review study materials, test series, practice questions, and explanatory solutions.
• Create engaging and clear video lectures, live sessions, and webinars for students.
• Design academic strategies to enhance students’ conceptual clarity and exam performance.
• Provide academic counseling, doubt-solving support, and mentorship to enrolled students.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to align academic delivery with student needs.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
• Assist in faculty discussions, research initiatives, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualification and Skills:

• Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) or Ph.D. in Mathematics or related specialization from a reputed institution.
• Qualified in CSIR NET / GATE / IIT JAM (preferred).
• Strong conceptual clarity and teaching skills in Mathematical Physics.
• Comfortable with online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, and educational tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and student-focused teaching approach
