Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Renaissance University, located in Indore. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and grading assessments, conducting research, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include participating in departmental meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in academic and extracurricular activities within the university community.

Qualifications

• Teaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to deliver lectures, prepare assessments, and mentor students
• Teaching Pattern Making Garment Construction & Illustration subject
• Research and Scholarship: Proven track record in conducting research and publishing findings
• Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and revising academic curriculum
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt teaching methods and introduce innovative approaches
• Minimum qualification: A Ph.D. in the relevant field
• Previous experience in higher education is preferred.
