Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Fashion Design located in Indore. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in fashion design, developing and revising curriculum, mentoring students, conducting research in the field, and participating in departmental and university activities. The role involves both classroom instruction and hands-on training, ensuring students are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design, including knowledge of current trends, techniques, and Hand Illustration
• Experience in curriculum development and classroom instruction
• Creativity and innovation in teaching methods
• Strong research skills and ability to conduct independent research
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage in departmental activities
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred
• Professional experience in the fashion industry is a plus
