Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working in the domain of Research, Teaching, Project Management, and other related activities. Your responsibilities will include being innovative, writing scientific papers, applying for Grants with renowned funding agencies, taking lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students on informatics-related courses, handling project-related activities such as planning, organization, implementation, resource management, drafting reports, and completing tasks on time. Additionally, you will be involved in project co-ordination, conference presentations, organizing training courses, and other ad-hoc activities assigned by the supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake user interviews, observations, evaluations, focus group discussions, user feedback, and training. - Ideate, map, and design relevant training materials, IEC, and promotional materials. - Map workflow and information flow diagrams, and create functional design documents (user and software requirements documents). - Analyze data collected using quantitative and qualitative methods. - Work collaboratively with various national and international teams to achieve project goals. - Maintain documentation related to day-to-day activities, assignments, and work reports on a daily basis. - Work independently and within a team. - Conduct field visits in remote study sites of primary healthcare. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in research, teaching, and project management. - Strong writing skills for scientific papers and grant applications. - Ability to deliver lectures effectively to undergraduate and postgraduate students. - Proficiency in project-related activities such as planning, organization, and resource management. - Excellent communication skills for project coordination, presentations, and training. - Experience in data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively with national and international teams. - Willingness to travel for field visits in remote study sites of primary healthcare.,
