Assistant Professor-Medical Informatics

As a candidate for the position in the domain of Research, Teaching, Project Management, and related work, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Research: - Being innovative and writing scientific papers - Applying for Grants with renowned funding agencies - Teaching: - Conducting lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students on informatics related courses - Project Management: - Handling project-related activities such as planning, organization, implementation, resource management, drafting reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks - Other Responsibilities: - Coordinating projects, making conference presentations, organizing training courses, and undertaking any other ad-hoc project activities assigned by the supervisor - Undertaking user interviews, observations, evaluations, focus group discussions, user feedback, and training - Ideating, mapping, and designing relevant training materials, IEC, and promotional materials - Mapping workflow and information flow diagrams and creating functional design documents - Analyzing project data using quantitative and qualitative methods - Collaborating with national and international teams to achieve project goals - Maintaining documentation of daily activities, assignments, and work reports - Working both independently and within a team - Conducting field visits to remote study sites in primary healthcare You will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of projects by effectively managing research, teaching, and project-related tasks while collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables.,
