KRAs

1. Teaching:

a. Minimum 6 courses in an academic year in your domain area as allocated by Area Chair & Dean Academics.

b. To prepare Lecture Plan/ Lecture Materials/ Course Material.

c. Setting of Question Paper for Mid/End Term and evaluation thereof.

d. To provide guidance and support to students during course work.

e. To take tutorial classes as and when required.

f. To attend to Invigilation Duties as assigned.

g. Any other assigned by Dean Academics/ Director

 

2. Mentoring:

a. To monitor students assigned to you and also guide students in IDP and Capstone projects.

b. To interact and supervise the research work of students in the area of his or her specialization.

 

3. To publish at least one paper each in international conference and journals of repute (Scopus Indexed, ABDC) every year.

 

4. To participate in departmental meetings.

 

5. To provide academic support to other Senior Faculty Members and/ or mentor other colleagues.

 

6. To update knowledge by attending seminars/workshops/conference, after obtaining necessary permission from the HOD

 

7. To Involve Institutional Building activities as assigned during a trimester/ year.

 

8. To involve in collaborative Research by motivating the students to present papers in Conferences/Seminars at regional/national level.

 

9. To take all efforts in bringing the name and fame to the institution.
