Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Management located in the Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for designing and developing curricula, conducting research, and teaching university-level courses. The role also involves mentoring students, preparing course materials, and engaging in marketing activities to promote the programs.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
Experience in Curriculum Development and Research
Familiarity with Marketing principles
Proven ability to mentor and guide students effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Management or a related field is highly preferred
Prior teaching experience in higher education is an advantage
