Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Management located in the Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for designing and developing curricula, conducting research, and teaching university-level courses. The role also involves mentoring students, preparing course materials, and engaging in marketing activities to promote the programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Research
• Familiarity with Marketing principles
• Proven ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Management or a related field is highly preferred
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is an advantage
