Eligibility:-

• Master’s degree with

  minimum 55% marks

  in

  MSc Physician Assistant (MSc-PA)

  or other relevant allied health disciplines is Desirable, with a strong and consistent academic record.

• 1–2 years of teaching experience

  in a recognised institution

  and/or relevant industry experience

  for the post of Assistant Professor.

• Strong subject knowledge with a student-centric teaching approach
• Ability to deliver

  high-impact lectures

  using innovative and modern pedagogical techniques
• Excellent student engagement and mentoring capabilities
• Research orientation with experience in

  publishing scholarly articles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Out-of-the-box thinking with people and academic management abilities
• Industry exposure and the ability to build

  industry–academia linkages

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate classes effectively
• Identify and nurture student potential, encouraging innovation and applied learning
• Mentor students for academic growth, research, and professional development
• Build and strengthen

  academia–industry collaborations

• Organise and contribute to

  seminars, workshops, outreach activities, and guest lectures

• Support departmental academic planning and quality initiatives
