About the Role

Avviare Education Hub is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Professor in the IT Department to inspire, teach, and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students. This role involves a balance of teaching, research, curriculum development, and active participation in academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on core IT subjects, including:
• Programming Languages
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Computer Networks
• Software Engineering
• Mentor and supervise student academic and research projects, guiding them to successful completion.
• Contribute to curriculum design, syllabus development, and long‑term academic planning.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in acclaimed peer‑reviewed journals and conferences.
• Actively participate in institutional committees, workshops, seminars, and academic outreach programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote innovative pedagogical practices and foster interdisciplinary learning approaches.
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive academic environment within the department.

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Credentials

• Postgraduate degree (M.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA) in Information Technology
• PhD holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
• UGC‑NET qualification preferred.

Experience & Skills

• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Demonstrated research orientation with publications in reputable journals or at conferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team spirit, a commitment to academic quality, and an innovative mindset.
