Job Description

As an Academic Faculty member in the field of User Experience Design, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Taking care of overall Academic responsibilities to ensure the best student learning outcomes. - Classroom Teaching and Facilitation of foundational subjects of User Experience Design. - Delivery and facilitation of programs like B.Des Gaming and Animation. - Creating curriculum content and conducting workshops/Master classes in Game Design and Animation. - Mentoring and preparing students for Internships and Placements. - Adhering to Partnered University Norms of Examination, Evaluation, and other important academic administration. - Mentoring students for live projects, assignments, personal guidance, and counseling. - Maintaining class records and other relevant academic data. - Assessing final student performance and evaluating final scores/credit scores as per University guidelines. - Liaising with Academic Head and Dean of partnered University. Qualifications Required: - Committed to Mission and Values: You should have a clear understanding of the company's mission and values, with a passion for facilitating learning and enabling students to navigate their learning journey. - Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrating integrity, ethical behavior, and practices in all aspects of the role, including relationships with students, colleagues, and external entities. - Effective Communication: Adapting oral and written communication approach and style to the audience and message, while also listening attentively to others.,
