Job Description

As an Academic Facilitator for User Experience Design, your role will involve taking care of overall academic responsibilities and ensuring the best student learning outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Classroom teaching and facilitation of foundational subjects in User Experience Design - Delivery and facilitation of programs like B.Des Gaming and Animation - Curriculum content creation - Conducting workshops/master classes in Game Design and Animation - Mentoring and preparing students for internships and placements - Adhering to partnered university norms of examination, evaluation, and other important academic administration - Mentoring students for live projects, assignments, personal guidance, and counseling - Maintaining class records and other relevant academic data - Final student assessment and evaluating final scores/credit scores and relevant submissions to the University - Liaising with Academic Head and Dean of partnered University Qualifications Required: - Committed to Mission and Values: You should have a clear understanding of the company's mission and values, with a passion for facilitating learning and enabling students to navigate their own learning journey - Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrating integrity, ethical behavior, and practices in all aspects of the role, including relationships with students, colleagues, and external entities - Effective Communication: Adapting oral and written communication approaches and styles to the audience and message, while also listening attentively to others,
