Your key responsibilities will include: - Undertaking independent high-quality research and collaborating with existing members to build a community of scholars dedicated to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation - Translating research findings into evidence-based practices, programs, and policies - Demonstrating commitment to excellence in teaching by adopting creative pedagogies that promote cultures of inclusion and diversity Qualifications required for this position: - Ph.D. in Finance or a related field at the time of application - Specialization in Financial Markets & Instruments or Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management is preferred - Experience in academia and industry will be an advantage The Faculty of Business at FLAME University is actively seeking candidates at all levels (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) who are passionate about research and teaching.
