Assistant Professor Finance & Financial Services

As a faculty member at Woxsen School of Business, you will have the opportunity to teach specific courses across programs, guide and mentor students both inside and outside the classroom, and prepare students for interviews with external organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and delivering learning and development initiatives for students, as well as providing counseling support when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting research, writing, and publishing research papers within your domain - Writing cases relevant to the courses you are teaching - Supporting the activities of the Admissions and Placements department - Managing academic administration tasks such as exams and class scheduling - Communicating effectively with past, present, and future students of Woxsen, as well as other stakeholders - Undertaking any other relevant duties and responsibilities as required by the school Qualifications: - Ph.D. from a reputed institute - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively - Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English - Adequate research background - Willingness to stay on the campus located 90 km off Hyderabad Desired Profile: The ideal candidate should hold an earned doctoral degree in Finance, with a proven record as a publishing scholar at a level commensurate with the position. They should also have demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Financial Services, as well as proficiency in using the Bloomberg Finance Lab software.
