Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Finance Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and related domains, with a proven ability to teach, mentor, and inspire students in both online and offline environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in core finance subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Modeling, and related topics.
• Develop course content, study materials, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct live and recorded sessions for students preparing for competitive exams, certifications, or degree courses.
• Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
• Stay updated with current trends and changes in finance education, tools, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with internal academic and content teams to ensure alignment with industry and curriculum standards.
• Provide feedback to students and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Participate in faculty development programs, webinars, and training workshops as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA/ M.Com/ CFA/ CA preferred).
• Minimum [2-5] years of teaching or relevant industry experience in finance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, LMS platforms, and online delivery methods.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Passion for education and mentoring students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹105,101.79 - ₹802,810.45 per year
