Assistant Professor Finance

As a Faculty Finance at Avviare Educational Hub located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in the Department of Management & Commerce by specializing in Finance. With 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting research, guiding student projects, and contributing to the academic and institutional development of the department. Your key responsibilities will include teaching core and elective courses in Finance at both UG and PG levels, developing and revising curriculum to align with industry standards, and using innovative teaching methods such as case studies and simulations. Additionally, you will mentor and advise students, supervise internships and research projects, and conduct high-quality research in Finance for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to institutional development by assisting in departmental planning and administration, participating in university committees and extracurricular activities, and engaging with industry for curriculum development and placements. Your qualifications should include a postgraduate degree in Finance/Commerce/Management with specialization in Finance, demonstrated teaching and research experience, and preferably a NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. in Finance. Publications in recognized journals and industry experience will be advantageous. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command over finance concepts, excellent communication skills, proficiency in digital tools and ERP systems, and a collaborative mindset with leadership potential. The salary offered for this full-time position is in the range of 20000-25000 per month, with benefits including paid sick time and a day shift schedule.
