Assistant Professor, Fashion/Textile Design

Role Overview: You will be joining the Gyan Vihar Centre of Arts and Design as an Assistant Professor in Fashion/Textile Design. Your main responsibility will be to promote and establish the Centre by reaching out to stakeholders, proposing events and activities, and enhancing its visibility and engagement. Additionally, you will be conducting workshops, making presentations, and delivering courses related to fashion/textile design. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to stakeholders with proposals for events and activities to introduce and promote Gyan Vihar Centre of Arts and Design - Build relationships with stakeholders and actively drive promotional efforts - Actively participate in ongoing outreach activities for promoting the Centre - Deliver hands-on workshops on topics related to fashion/textile design - Prepare impactful presentations and proposal documents - Teach courses related to Fashion/Textile Design once the batch of students arrives in the upcoming academic year - Engage in outreach activities alongside teaching responsibilities - Travel frequently to schools, institutions in-and-around Jaipur, and occasionally outside Jaipur Qualifications Required: - Academic qualifications in the Domain of Fashion/Textile Design - Proficiency in spoken and written English (Note: Female candidate required for this job role) Role Overview: You will be joining the Gyan Vihar Centre of Arts and Design as an Assistant Professor in Fashion/Textile Design.
