Assistant Professor – Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Development

• Design, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions on digital transformation — covering topics such as digital strategy, emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain), agile innovation, and organizational change.
• Develop learning materials and assessments that effectively engage both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Contribute to iterative curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with industry trends and accreditation standards.

Research & Scholarly Activity

• Conduct high-quality research in digital transformation or closely related domains — aiming to publish in reputable journals.
• Seek external funding through grants, and contribute to collaborative projects both within and outside the university.
• Guide student-led research projects and dissertations, particularly in MBA specializations related to digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Digital Business, Information Systems, Management, or a closely related field.
• Preferably, a PhD in Digital Transformation or a related discipline for research-driven candidates.

Desirable Experience & Expertise

• At least 3–5 years of teaching, industry, or combined experience, especially in digital transformation contexts (consulting, implementation, leadership).
• Proven track record of research publications and/or grants.
• Competency with digital tools, emerging tech applications (e.g., AI, blockchain), and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
