Role & responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact lectures in core and elective Marketing subjects at the PGDM level (Proficiency in teaching subjects such as

  Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning, Database Management with SQL, Data Science and Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Data Mining.

• Design, update, and continuously enhance curriculum content aligned with emerging industry trends and AICTE guidelines.
• Undertake research that contributes to knowledge advancement, which should support original publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (SSCI, Scopus, ABDC, and other national and international journals).
• Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical approaches integrating real-world industry applications to ensure that graduates are always industry-ready.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and other research work bearing focus on practical learning and analytical rigor.
• Mentor students to achieve academic excellence, professional development, and holistic growth.
• Actively contribute to institution-building activities, policy development, and academic planning initiatives.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities related to student affairs, academics, or administration as assigned.
• Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven academic and research credentials with participation in reputed conferences and scholarly forums.
• Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education / Experience Requirement

• MBA in Business Analytics, or MBA with Specialization in Business Analytics, or MCA or M Tech in Analytics or MSc in Analytics, with First Class or equivalent.
• Ph.D. in Management or Business Analytics or Data Science from a recognized university will be preferred.
• Two years of professional experience after acquiring masters degree
• At least 3 research publications in SSCI or Scopus listed journals are desirable
