Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the field of Science and Technology at Vijaybhoomi University, located in Karjat, Raigad. The role involves preparing course material, delivering lectures, conducting exams, and mentoring students. Other responsibilities include conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and engaging in academic collaborations within and beyond the university. Faculty members are also expected to contribute to curriculum design and participate in university-level initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong academic expertise in Science and Technology disciplines, such as

1. Data Engineering
2. Software Engineering
3. DevOps
4. Machine Learning and DL, along with MLOps
5. Generative and Agentic AI

• Proficient in research methodology, scholarly writing, and peer-reviewed publishing.
• Pedagogical skills, including curriculum design, innovative teaching methods, and student mentorship.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage students and work in a multidisciplinary academic setting.
• A Ph.D. in Science, Technology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with 3-8 teaching experience at a university level are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to contribute to university initiatives and a commitment to promoting holistic, socially responsible education.
