The Head of Admissions & Outreach will lead the school’s student recruitment strategy—owning the entire journey from awareness to enrollment. This role will build partnerships with feeder institutions, engage parents and communities, and drive initiatives to position the school as the preferred choice for Grade 11 & 12 education in the region . Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Leadership · Design the annual admissions and outreach plan with clear targets and KPIs. · Build and lead a small admissions team to handle leads, events, and follow-ups. · Manage the admissions budget across events, marketing, and community engagement. 2. Partnerships & Community Outreach · Build relationships with feeder schools, coaching institutes, parent networks, and local influencers . · Create referral programs with coaching centers and counselors. · Organize career counseling workshops and scholarship tests in the community. 3. Marketing & Brand Building Work with marketing agencies on digital campaigns for lead generation. Manage offline campaigns : hoardings, local events, print media. Position the school through PR stories, alumni engagement, and student success stories . 4. Admissions Funnel Ownership · Oversee lead qualification, counseling, and conversions via CRM dashboards. · Ensure timely follow-ups and high parent satisfaction during the admission process. · Present weekly funnel reports to management with data-driven insights. KPIs · Admissions Target Achievement (% vs goal). · Lead-to-Admission Conversion Rate. · Partnerships Built (schools, coaching centers). · Event ROI (admissions per event) Skills & Experience · 8–12 years in school admissions, education sales, or marketing leadership roles. · Strong network in Mumbai/Karjat across schools and parent communities. · Experience managing teams, budgets, and partnerships . · Excellent communication in English + local language; data-driven decision-making ability. · Experience in managing teams, budgets, and partnerships. · Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
