Assistant Production Manager-Events

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, budgeting, and executing live and virtual events.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and venues for event production requirements.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all production elements are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with AV, lighting, stage, fabrication, and other technical teams.
• Conduct pre-event recce (site visits) and post-event evaluation.
• Supervise setup and breakdown of event setups and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Ensure vendor deliverables are aligned with quality standards and budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues during the event.
• Maintain inventory and logistics documentation for each event.
• Support the development of production schedules and manage execution accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in event production or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of event production.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
