As an Assistant Product Manager at Relinns Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and enhancement of the AI chatbot software. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the product vision, roadmap, and growth initiatives. Your contributions to the product lifecycle will ensure smooth coordination between teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with our business goals and customer needs. This role offers exciting opportunities to build impactful AI-driven solutions and shape the future of conversational automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in leading the software development project team to ensure timely, quality project delivery. - Support in devising product development strategies for optimal effectiveness. - Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success. - Participate in requirement gathering, grooming, and documentation for internal and external teams. - Support recruitment, orientation, and training of new engineering and product management staff. - Assist in resource estimation and effort prediction for product objectives. - Help develop and manage product development schedules and work plans. - Provide consistent product updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress. - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the product development process. - Measure product performance to identify areas for improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in a product management role or a strong product management mindset. - Familiarity with product management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is preferred. - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
