Assistant Plant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Bardhaman Plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing plant operations, workforce supervision, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in a waste management or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall plant operations, production, and manpower.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with different departments for efficient workflow.
• Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations.
• Report operational data and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Plant Operations / Management.
• Preferred: Candidates from the Waste Management or Recycling industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle manpower and plant-level challenges independently.

Location Preference: Local candidates from Bardhaman or nearby areas preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
