Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Additionally, the Assistant will maintain office supplies, organize records, and provide support to different departments as needed.

• Proficiency in handling correspondence and preparing reports and presentations
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining office supplies and organizing records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
