Role & responsibilities

Good experiences on order management and customer service principles and practices.
Ability understand the logic of order processing
Responsible for order verification process & Co-ordination with internal and external customers
Strong knowledge on ERP usage and order booking in ERP
Prepare dispatch plan
Maintaining Documentation process

Preferred candidate profile

3 - 4 Years of proven experiences in warehouse operations.
Adequate knowledge on Advance MS Excel.
Must have at least two year of direct customer service experiences.
Good Communication Skills
Negotiation Skills
