Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Assist clients with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions
• Proactively identify and address client concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance the overall client experience
• Participate in training and development programs to stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Consumer Banking Group by actively engaging in client acquisition and relationship management activities
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in using banking systems and technology to efficiently process transactions and maintain client records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of department and organizational goals
