Role Description

This is a full-time on-site assistant role located in Kadthal. The assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional duties include assisting with various administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and providing support to different departments as needed. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in administrative support or assistant roles
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
