Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Chennai. The Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, coordinate daily activities, manage schedules, and support event planning. The role involves communication with community members, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The Assistant will also assist with managing documents, handling inquiries, and supporting various programs and workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conscious relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and holistic environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
• Experience in event coordination or program management is a plus
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a positive, proactive attitude
• Passion for personal development, mindfulness, and holistic practices is highly valued
