Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Nagpur. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the team. Additional tasks may include organizing documents, assisting in project coordination, and maintaining databases. The Assistant will also serve as a point of contact and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and work under minimal supervision
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage
  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
