Assistant Mechanical Store Keeper

Job Title: Assistant Mechanical Store Keeper ( Immediate Joiners Preferred )

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining mechanical stores inventory at the shipyard.
• Receive, inspect, and issue mechanical tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Maintain proper records of stock levels and update inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with the mechanical team for timely availability of materials.
• Ensure safe storage, handling, and preservation of mechanical items.
• Support audits, stock verification, and reporting as required.
• Follow shipyard safety standards and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical storekeeping, preferably in shipyard / heavy engineering industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical parts, tools, and equipment.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
