Job Description

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and real estate portals
  • Manage project-wise digital media plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and conversion performance

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Drive lead generation through performance marketing, landing pages, and microsites
  • Ensure seamless lead flow integration with CRM and pre-sales teams
  • Improve lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-booking ratios through data-driven optimization

Website, SEO & Content

  • Manage company website, project microsites, and landing pages
  • Coordinate SEO activities to improve organic traffic and search rankings
  • Work with content and creative teams for blogs, videos, reels, and social media content

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors
  • Review creatives, ad copies, and campaign performance
  • Ensure timely execution and adherence to brand guidelines

Compliance & Brand Governance

  • Ensure all digital ads and content comply with RERA and advertising norms
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Protect company and customer data privacy standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality
  • Digital lead volume and conversion ratios
  • Website traffic and landing page performance
  • Campaign ROI and budget utilization
  • Timely campaign execution

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital platforms
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and lead management
  • Analytical mind-set with strong reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Certifications in Digital marketing/performance marketing are an advantage
