Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive

You will be working as an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive (IQAC) at IIHMR University, where you will play a crucial role in managing the accreditation and quality assurance processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the processes for all accreditations, such as NAAC, NIRF, NBA, by preparing and submitting required documentation to accreditation agencies. - Coordinating the functions of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to ensure adherence to quality standards in academic and administrative processes. - Preparing comprehensive reports on academic quality, accreditation processes, and institutional performance metrics. - Acting as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, and administration) and external accreditation bodies to ensure alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. - Implementing quality assurance measures, tracking academic and administrative performance, and identifying areas for improvement. - Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of accreditation processes and recommending changes for continuous improvement. - Assisting in organizing workshops, seminars, and training related to quality assurance and accreditation processes. - Undertaking any other duties as required for the efficient functioning of the IQAC department. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Management, etc.). Required skills and experience: - Experience in accreditation or quality assurance processes within higher education. - Strong understanding of national and international accreditation standards. - Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a university or academic setting. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and academic management systems.
