Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist manager to liaise with Client, Main-con, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
Assist Project Manager to manage contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and staff at the site
Ensure work performed on-site comply with the local authority requirements.
Assist manager to analyse, manage and track project costs against budget.
Read detailed drawings, understand construction plan and knowledge of fabrication methods.
Plan, coordinate and execute in interior fit-out work
Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project complexion within schedule.
Report on project status and take appropriate status to ensure project progress is on schedule.
Work closely with sales team, commercial team, clients, contractors, and in-house factories on timely projects handover.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelors Degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management, Master of Business Administration
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
Experience with budget management and Project planning skills
Strategic thinker and leader with Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP)
Multi-tasking skillsets and ability to work under pressure
MS office skills -Good at preparing high impact presentations
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
