Assistant Manager/Manager-US Audit Practice

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Assistant Manager / Manager – US Audit Practice for one of our consulting client based in Rohini, Delhi. As part of the US Audit team, you will manage multiple audit engagements for US-based clients, ensure high-quality audit delivery, lead engagement teams, and act as a key liaison between onshore and offshore teams. This role involves managing the planning, execution, and finalization of audits in accordance with US GAAP, PCAOB, and AICPA standards.

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Experience in a Big 4 preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fieldwork for audit engagements for US-based public and private companies.
• Perform and review audit procedures across areas like revenue, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, receivables, payables, and internal controls.
• Review and finalize workpapers ensuring compliance with PCAOB/AICPA auditing standards
• Manage multiple US GAAP / PCAOB audit engagements across diverse industries
• Ensure audit documentation meets firm and regulatory quality standards
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience in a Big 4 or large professional services firm preferred
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in external audit for US-based clients under US GAAP / PCAOB / AICPA standards
• Working knowledge of audit tools (e.g., CaseWare or similar)
• Budget as per market.
