Job Description

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for luxury and premium real estate projects through multiple channels, strategic partnerships, and innovative sourcing methods. The role focuses on building strong channel partner networks, corporate alliances, and referral pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects for the sales closing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Lead Sourcing & Generation

  • Develop and implement strategies to source HNI and Ultra-HNI clients for luxury projects.
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners, wealth managers, HNI brokers, and real estate consultants.
  • Generate leads through corporate tie-ups, international property consultants, and NRI networks.
  • Leverage digital platforms, luxury events, and exhibitions to source premium clientele.

Channel Partner & Network Management

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners specialized in luxury real estate.
  • Conduct regular engagement programs, training sessions, and incentive plans for partners.
  • Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads through channel partner activations.

Market Development & Alliances

  • Build alliances with premium lifestyle brands, financial institutions, and luxury service providers to tap into their client base.
  • Explore partnerships with concierge services, wealth managers, and private bankers for lead sourcing.
  • Participate in luxury exhibitions, property shows, and industry networking events.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the sales closing team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Provide market intelligence and feedback to marketing for targeted campaigns .

  • Track lead quality and improve sourcing channels based on conversion data.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain and update lead management systems with accurate data.
  • Prepare MIS reports on lead sourcing, channel partner performance, and ROI of sourcing activities.
  • Present regular updates to senior management on sourcing effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with HNI/UHNI clients and influencers.
  • Good knowledge of luxury real estate market, buyer behavior, and sourcing channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on lead quality and conversion.
