Job Description

Position: AM/Manager – Sales Location: Delhi (1 position), Mumbai (2 positions) No. of Position: 3 Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in representation business or hotel sales (mandatory). Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong communication skills with a confident and presentable personality. Graduate in any discipline. Strong connections with travel agents in the Delhi/NCR region. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans and budgets for the assigned markets in their hired location. Conduct market research to monitor competitors' products, packages, and pricing, and provide updates to the team to remain competitive. Generate and implement innovative ideas to increase the company's market share and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Respond promptly and professionally to all agent inquiries to ensure a high level of service and materialization of business. Identify and onboard new travel partners while managing and supporting existing ones. Execute marketing plans with shortlisted travel partners to enhance brand visibility and sales. Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain a professional and harmonious work environment. Ensure timely reporting and provide regular updates on market trends, sales progress, and challenges to management.
