Establish, document, and maintain robust molding processes for new and existing products.
Optimize process parameters to achieve target cycle times, reduce scrap, and maintain part quality.
Support mold trials, validation runs, and new product launches.
Diagnose and resolve molding defects (short shots, flash, warpage, burn marks, sink, etc.).
Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure equipment and processes are performing at peak efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians.
Lead initiatives to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Support automation and robotics integration for part handling and process efficiency.
Bachelors/Diploma in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in injection molding process engineering.
Strong knowledge of polymers, mold design, hot runner/cold runner systems, and auxiliary equipment.
Proficiency in scientific molding, process monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
Experience with leading injection molding machines (Arburg, Engel, Haitian, JSW, etc.).
