Assistant Manager/Manager - HRBP

As an Assistant Manager/Manager - HRBP at Aeries Technology, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners, creating positive and memorable experiences through a robust assimilation framework. You will conduct inductions and orientations with a comprehensive employee connect plan and buddy framework, contributing to a strong employer branding strategy. Your role will also involve managing key account employee engagement, conducting regular pulse checks, and proactive issue resolutions to minimize employee attrition. You will be responsible for analyzing employee insights, designing dashboards to gauge motivation levels, and conducting regular E-SATs to enhance employee satisfaction metrics. Additionally, you will provide coaching and counseling to employees, facilitate change management for organizational changes, and collaborate with ATG BU Leadership and Client leadership to provide appropriate solutions. You will play a key role in promoting HR programs, implementing human resource policies, and developing competency frameworks based on employee competencies. In terms of requirements, you should have expertise in managing 300 to 500 headcounts and at least 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner. A formal full-time degree or certification in Human Resources is essential, along with a solid understanding of HR policies, compliance aspects, employment laws, and HR trends in the product engineering sector. Your role will also involve stakeholder management, development of HR policies, and change management methodologies. You should excel in employee engagement initiatives, employee communications, and employer branding exercises to attract and retain top talent. Strong knowledge of HR concepts, MS Office, and HRIS systems is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. International exposure will be considered an added advantage for this position.
