Role Overview: EY is looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager for Responsible AI to join their Digital Risk Consulting team within the MENA region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing clients' businesses by managing risks related to ongoing technology developments and fast-paced changes in their operational processes. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple client teams, advising clients on Responsible AI matters, and engaging in business development activities across various sectors. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, guiding EY teams, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and knowledge on technology-related risks faced by clients - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of emerging technologies, complex information systems, and the clients' business/industry - Maintain and enhance relationships with client management - Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork, and use current technology/tools effectively - Focus on coaching and developing teams and colleagues - Identify and manage business development opportunities Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of success in the MENA/GCC region with key clients and industry sectors - A master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; alternatively, a degree in business, accounting, or finance with additional IT qualifications - 8-10 years of relevant experience working as an IT risk consultant or in a senior executive role in a technology, financial services, or telecom company - Strong skills in project management, team management, and client service - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills - Willingness to travel to meet client needs Additional Details: EY offers a competitive compensation package based on performance and recognition for the value brought to the business.
