Internal Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Services Role Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Team Size : Individual contributor Functional Responsibilities and Deliverables Increase in customer engagement and satisfaction by providing on time Execution to customer complaints by Providing Repair, Replacement & Commissioning services for Filtration & Drying Equipment. Take ownership & Resolution of customer problems and complaints by visiting Customers sites as and when required in PAN India & Abroad as per Head Office instruction Execution of Organizations Annual Maintenance Contract, Inspection & Value added services as per Head Office instruction. Promotion & Marketing of Newly Developed/Consumables products by providing On-site Demonstration to Customers Place. HLE Cares Training program with customer Technical team for reliability improvement of customers capital equipment and work towards HLE Glascoat brand value creation. Providing vital support to Head-services and marketing heads of all regions in daily activities towards best customer service streamline approach and techno commercial works. Excellent communications, leadership, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, Manpower planning of service team on daily basis. Strong marketing approach through best after sales services for F&D spares & services. Daily monitoring of customer complaints right from complaint launching to resolution to complaint closure at customer site within given target timelines from management. Depute and translate Higher-level strategies to tactical implementation plans and instruct front line team for continuous improvement towards customer streamline process. Effective control on warranty/guarantee cost on after sales services replacements to customers Desired Skills Must have worked as Assistant / Deputy Manager in After Sales Services(Sales & Marketing Dept) for minimum 5-10 years of work experience in equipment manufacturing companies Strong Customer Service management, Creative thinking and Problem solving skills, After sales spares marketing skills Good Behavioral Approach towards customer relationship and focused spares business Education B.E/B.Tech Mechanical from reputed engineering college/university Read More about us: https://www.hleglascoat.com Share your resume with us at: recruitment@hleglascoat.com
