Assistant Manager – Young Professional Talent Acquisition

to join our Corporate HR team. This role is critical in shaping L&T’s early talent strategy by driving campus recruitment, employer branding, global internship programs, analytics, and engagement initiatives to build a robust and sustainable talent pipeline. The incumbent will work closely with business HRs, leaders, and academia to ensure effective manpower planning, seamless onboarding, and improved retention of young professionals. Additionally, the role will lead impactful engagement initiatives, including technical and business case study competitions, to inspire future talent and strengthen L&T’s positioning as an employer of choice
