Job Description:
*Receive & verify incoming shipments; store inventory in designated areas*Conduct stock checks, maintain records & resolve discrepancies*Pick, pack & label orders; verify accuracy before dispatch*Generate shipping labels & coordinate with transporters*Prepare E-way bills, challans, RGP/NRGP passes & related documents*Coordinate with Sales, Production & Customer Service for order fulfilment*Schedule deliveries, manage logistics delays & urgent dispatches*Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety compliance & space optimization*Manage company vehicles, drivers & dispatch planning
Skills required:
*Strong in inventory control & dispatch coordination*Transporter coordination & shipping schedule management*Proficient in MS Office, ERP/WMS & documentation*Excellent coordination, organizational & team management skills
