Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key officials across multiple banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee end-to-end home loan processing, from customer documentation to final disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams and external bank representatives to ensure timely loan approvals.
• Identify and onboard new banking partners for Home Loan, LAP, and other loan products.
• Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and turnaround times to benefit customers and the organization.
• Stay updated on the latest loan policies, eligibility criteria, and financial products.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during the loan process.
• Track, analyze, and report on loan disbursement volumes, conversion ratios, and TATs.
• Provide training and guidance to sales teams on banking processes and loan eligibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or DSA operations focusing on home loans or mortgage products.
• Strong professional network with both private and nationalized banks.
• Proven expertise in loan processing, documentation, and disbursement management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple banking relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
