Job Description

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure alignment with company policies.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned zone.
Identify new market opportunities and develop customer acquisition plans.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Ensure excellent customer service and manage client relationships professionally.
Handle administrative responsibilities including documentation, collections, and reporting.
Coordinate with head office and ensure smooth functioning of all branch-related activities

Qualification & Experience

Minimum qualification: Any degree/PG in any discipline.
Minimum 3 year experience in sales, preferably in finance service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
