Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned zone.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop customer acquisition plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and manage client relationships professionally.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including documentation, collections, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with head office and ensure smooth functioning of all branch-related activities

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: Any degree/PG in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in sales, preferably in finance service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
