Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The foremost requirement is, he/she should have a sound P&C background, not claims, not mortgage, but core Prop & Casualty.
U.S. or U.K market will do;
Willingness to work in night shifts (6 pm, 9 pm or 11 pm); no long leaves for at least 5-6 months straight; willing to come to office for classroom trainings; Flexibility
Supervisors need to gradually get hands-on practice in processing as & when needed, and not limit to supervisory & admin work only
Voice experience & certification/designation will be an added advantage
For DM, other than relevant years of exp., he/she is expected to have fair understanding of projects/transitions
Sound People & Client Management is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

7+ / 9+ years as AM/DM (on paper)
US/UK Property & Casualty Insurance operations experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong people & team management (KPI, SLA, Shrinkage, Attrition, etc.)
