Job Description

Proportional & Non-Proportional Treaty

Key Responsibilities

Process and reconcile
treaty & facultative claims
, including cession analysis, document review, SOA verification, and query resolution.
Manage treaty accounts including
Profit Commission, Sliding Scale Commission, GNPI, XL Premium, MDP
, and adjustment premiums.
Support
treaty renewals
through program structuring, slip preparation, negotiation, and finalizing reinsurance contract terms.
Handle
facultative risk evaluation
, placement documents, quotation follow-ups, and negotiation of terms & conditions.
Analyze treaty/facultative performance, claims trends, and prepare reports for reviews and audits.
Coordinate with cedants, reinsurers, and brokers across SAARC & EMEA to ensure smooth renewals, settlements, and communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, endorsements, claims, and accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/ Postgraduate (any specialization).
Strong understanding of
Treaty (Proportional/Non-Proportional) & Facultative Reinsurance
.
Proficient in
Excel
, reporting tools, and reinsurance systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
