Requirements:

Team and staff management:

Train new employees and evaluate the performance of existing staff.
Organize work schedules, approve leave, and handle staff issues.

Maintenance and operations:

Oversee the proper maintenance of HVAC equipment and develop preventative maintenance programs.
Perform inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Project and administrative support:

Help manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee the procurement of parts and supplies.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation for maintenance and projects.

Compliance and safety:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Customer and vendor relations:

Partner with contract vendors to ensure the best service is received.
