The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and will support a manager to run the team . This role requires high attention to detail, good communication with international clients, and the ability
to work independently with end clients. We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager with a mindset to work with innovative and fast growing companies in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in the growth of the company.
● Manage portfolio of clients independently ensuring timely closure of books of accounts
● Design and setup bespoke processes for each client
● Review of work done by team members and finalising it
● Manage and train associates
● Preparation and finalisation of management accounts and investors reporting
● Supporting on ad-hoc projects including financial models, business plans,fundraising and M&A transactions
● Providing exceptional service and expert advice to clients and build strong relationship with clients
● Education: Qualified CA/ACCA
● Experience: 5-6 years
● Software Knowledge: Xero, QuickBooks,
● Technical Skills: Strong Excel & GAAP knowledge (IFRS, UK/US GAAP)
● Preferred Skills: Google workspace (Docs, sheets, slides) and Excel skills
● Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, time management, client coordination, proactive learner, attention to detail
