Job Description

Engage closely with customers to understand challenges and design solutions that meet business and technical needs.
Provide technical designs aligned with customer requirements and solution architecture.
Coordinate technical aspects of bid preparation including solution design and bill of materials.
Prepare FDS, DBM, and other assigned design documents as per tender specifications.
Perform solution costing and coordinate internal reviews for approval.
Carry out testing of solutions in coordination with the Manager O&SD.
Coordinate with the logistics team to track supplier payment status.
Support the MSG team in tender preparation activities.
Design networking solutions and provide technical support to the sales team.
Meet prospective customers to assess existing network infrastructure.
Train new engineers and support their technical development.
Maintain and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
