Job Description

  • Engage closely with customers to understand challenges and design solutions that meet business and technical needs.
  • Provide technical designs aligned with customer requirements and solution architecture.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of bid preparation including solution design and bill of materials.
  • Prepare FDS, DBM, and other assigned design documents as per tender specifications.
  • Perform solution costing and coordinate internal reviews for approval.
  • Carry out testing of solutions in coordination with the Manager O&SD.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to track supplier payment status.
  • Support the MSG team in tender preparation activities.
  • Design networking solutions and provide technical support to the sales team.
  • Meet prospective customers to assess existing network infrastructure.
  • Train new engineers and support their technical development.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
